Education (Colleges & Universities)
Colleges and universities are navigating a growing gap between institutional intent and student experience. Many students are skeptical of authority, wary of inherited systems, and deeply attuned to questions of identity, meaning, and belonging. At the same time, educators and administrators are under pressure to respond to disengagement without resorting to shallow fixes or performative language.
I work with colleges and universities through keynotes, campus events, and leadership consulting to help students engage big questions honestly, while helping faculty and administrators understand why participation, trust, and connection thin over time. My work is shaped by more than two decades of experience working with Millennials, Gen Z, and emerging Gen Alpha, and by building large digital communities where curiosity, skepticism, and meaning coexist.
